Hannah Wilson psychotherapist

Who am I?

I’m Hannah Wilson, an Advanced Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapist with a special interest in helping people overcome that debilitating, persistent or chronic pain that lasts longer than expected or doesn’t seem to go away. I live and work in Kew, West London.

How I can help you

I provide different forms of physiotherapy care and exercise therapy for anyone with pain in their joints, bones, muscles, ligaments, tendons or nerves.

As well as addressing the potential physical sources of pain, however, I delve a bit deeper and look at your problem in a more holistic way, also considering how your emotions are affected when you’re suffering and, in turn, how this affects how you cope with your pain and live your life.

I believe that everyone’s problems are unique to them and that everyone holds the answers to their own difficulties.

As a physiotherapist who utilises psychological strategies as part of my practice, I can assess, explain and treat all the contributing factors of your pain.

Then together we can work out how you can become less restricted by your pain and move away from it altogether to lead a rich and full life.

Precautions taken against COVID-19
I can confirm that precautions against COVID-19 are taken very seriously within my practice.  The room allows for social distancing when we are talking and is well ventilated.  I wear PPE (surgical mask, apron, and gloves as appropriate) when working closely with you.  Hand washing facilities, hand sanitiser and face masks are available for your use.  Client beds and chairs are cleaned thoroughly between clients.  I have received both covid-19 vaccinations plus the booster injection and I regularly carry out lateral flow tests for covid-19 at home.

COVID Face to Face Consent
Prior to attending an appointment in person with me I ask that you read and agree to the safety measures that have been put in place to minimise the transmission of covid-19 in the ‘covid-19 consent to face to face appointment’ document.
